Welcome to AlphaClone! Your privacy, and the privacy of all users of AlphaClone.com (the “Site”), is of the highest priority.

This privacy policy sets forth our policies regarding the collection, use and protection of the personal information of users of the Site. “Personal Information” means information that can be linked to a specific individual, such as name, address, telephone number, email address or credit card information. Information we collect from you

If you register for a free guest pass for limited access to the Service, we will require you to set up an account, which involves providing a username, a password, your full name, a valid email address and your profession. If you choose to become a full member to take advantage of the entire Service, we will ask you to provide the same information as guests as well as your credit card number and expiration date, your credit card billing address and your telephone number.

We also collect and store statistics and other aggregate information about the online activities of users, such as tracking the number of people who view certain pages or use certain features of the Site and monitoring from which locations visitors and users are accessing the Site.

If we sponsor surveys and/or contests on the Site and you elect to participate, we may request additional information in order to notify you of survey results or any contest winnings, and analyze and report on the surveys and contests.

Finally, to ensure quality of service, we may monitor e-mail or conversations between our personnel and users.

Safeguarding your information

Your password to access the Site, which you select at registration, should never be shared with anyone and should be changed frequently. Regardless of the precautions taken by you and by us, “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you transmit such information at your own risk.

Our use of your information

Where you have consented to receiving promotional communications, you may from time to time receive email communications regarding new AlphaClone services, special offers and other noteworthy items. Of course, if you would rather not receive them you may unsubscribe at any time by editing your account preferences or by following the instructions to unsubscribe contained in the email message itself.

Editing and updating your information

At any time, you can review, edit and update your account information and preferences by logging into your account and clicking “Your Membership”.

Posting of Information in Public Forums

You may elect to post or submit information to the company blog or to other public forums on the Site. If you choose to do so, please remember that any information you voluntarily disclose online, in blogs, message postings, chat rooms or other public forums, may be used by others without your permission and we would have no way to prevent such use.

The Site may contain links to third party web sites. AlphaClone has no control over the content of any third party web sites.
