How does "a la carte" pricing work?
A la carte pricing is available as a part of our Basic Membership tier and allows members to access clones for only the fund groups they want, when they want them.

For example, if you are a Basic Member tracking a clone based on our Value Masters group and would now like to implement that strategy for yourself – simply make an a la carte purchase of our Value Masters group by clicking the “Buy This Fund Group” button located on the group's page. You will get access to the current holdings for all clones in that group. The access window begins immediately when you purchase the group and runs up to our next rebalance date at 11:59 PM Pacific Time or until you downgrade your membership, whichever is sooner. At that time you can purchase the group again to view the latest holdings.

If you are a Guest Pass member and want a la carte access to our fund groups, you'll need to upgrade to Basic Membership first. All a la carte charges are $29.95 per fund group and are in addition to the quarterly Basic Membership fee. You can easily track your fund group purchases on your Dashboard where we also list the current and next Rebalance Dates. A la carte pricing gives members on-demand access to our most powerful content.

What is your refund policy?
You can cancel a paid plan at any time by accessing the Member Center and downgrading to our free Guest Pass level. Cancellation is effective immediately and you will receive an email confirming your cancellation. NO NEED TO CALL OR EMAIL us requesting cancellation – isn't that refreshing? If you choose to cancel a paid plan you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred for the current billing period. AlphaClone does not prorate for partial periods and all a la carte purchases are final. Please review our Terms of Use for more information.

What if I upgrade or downgrade between plans?
You can upgrade and downgrade between paid plans at any time. A new billing cycle will commence on the day you changed your plan and we will give you credit for any remaining balance on your old plan toward the new plan. Credit for remaining balances can only be applied to membership fees and not a la carte fees.

Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Simply click on the “Your Membership” link located at the right corner of every page and you’ll see your options.

What kinds of payments do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
